Default LSXrt 102mm

Will the FAST LSXrt 102mm intake manifold ( http://www.fuelairspark.com/1/FS/Intake/Default.aspx) fit on a stock LS1 with a stock ws6 hood? Will the LSXr 102mm fit?

L92 heads arent really that great are they? Really i want to do an LSX build and i know it will take a long time. I want to use the FAST 102 for this engine and i will not buy anything for my LS1 that will not be part of my LSX build. I think the RT is the best manifold for my build but if it doesnt work on my LS1 i wont buy anything else. Unless the R and the RT will have the same benfit with my build.

The LSXRT was designed for trucks or other applications where hood/cowl clearance isn't an issue - as such, there is no way in hell it will fit on an f-body. The hood has nothing to do with it...go out, pop the hood, and take a good look at how far back under the windshield the intake manifold sits. That's why it won't fit.

The regular 102mm LSXR will fit without too many issues (one issue usually being contact with a shock tower brace if you have one) - that's the one you want.
