5.3 LS with 4 speed M21 in 69 Camaro...help Hi,
I want to install my M21 with the 5.3 that will run with LS1 accessories and LS6 intake. I need to know what headers will work and clear the original Z-bar linkage. I want to run this tranny till i can have enough money for a t56.
I just got the Hooker Headers 2288HKR - Hooker Super Competition Headers and the hooker engine plates with the Energy Suspension tall moter mounts, but dont know if they will work. I do not want to try and install them and scratch them up and not be able to return them. At $530 for headers alone, that would be a big mistake.
Has anybody done this setup or knows what works and what does not.
Some parts and item numbers would be great.
I did a search but no luck finding what i need.
Am I waisting my time and money for this setup?
