Default valve spring question

i bought 13 valve springs off someone on this forum and ordered 3 from summit (918's). the ones i got from summit seem to be shorter. i think they are the older .600 lift batch and the ones i bought off the member here are the newer .625 lift batch. would i have any issues running the 3 for a little while until i can find the new ones.

i am very impatient and wanna get my cam in NOW! and dont wanna wait until i can find the new springs cause summit doesnt carry them.

Take it easy!!! Do it right, or do it again... but spend more the second time.. heres what happens when you mess around with 918s: https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...l#post13804872

Why would someone sell on 13 valve springs? Makes me suspicious they are the older ones that break. Personally, I think you have 3 valve springs and 13 paper weights.

also they have different installed heights Valve opening pressures this all could possibly damage the camshaft this would be one time when patience is a virtue also are the spring diameters the same and different springs rates can effect valvetrain performance

Do you have a garbage can? I wouldn't run the 918's for nothing. Step up to some Pacs or a double spring.
