What cam is this? 3798r/3798r HR114+4

I was told it was a TR224 but I've searched, looked and called to day with no answer. Somebody on here knows and I'm sure and won't mind saving me a headache or 2.

i copied and pasted that info into google and came up with a couple threads. appears to be 223/225 on a 114+4

so ya it's a 224 cam. xer lobe.
