Default 1999 trans am (firebird) tranny help

I believe all the bolts are out but the tranny won't pull away from the engine. does it that a lot of force to separate them.

double check to make sure all bolts are out of the bell housing and the converter bolts are out. If all are out, yes it will take some force as the locating dowel pins seize to bell housing. When you go to put the trans back in, make sure to use Anit-Seize on the dowel pins and it won't happen again.
