Question Stall it while trans is out?

Got a 99 getting a rebuild. I want dd useage. They want me to replace the stock tc and I'd assume upgrade it. It has no cam but trans is out. I've never ridin in a stalled car. Is this thing gonna base line 3200 rpms while cruisin constantly. Can I just clean the stock tc. Or just buy a 2500 stall. I've only driven this ls1 vert 300 miles and the 4l60e came out with under 90k mi. It has the vette servo and balds the tires in 2 nd and tries for 3rd. I was told it had no shift kit at trans shop. The old timer who sold it said he didn't know about the trans but thought it had a shift kit. It acked like It did so I was not conserned. Would the servo do that or did I get shafted. What's the stall gonna due for you if not cammed Would it be funner to drive but sucky to cruise. It won't pull at all till it fully locks up? Please holla at me I feel like I'll at least get a moderate size over stock. But need to hurry cause it's ready to be installed and I'm missing my Z

Definitly upgrade your stall. 3200 to 3500 works great for all types of driving and yes the car will be a lot more fun to drive.
