Purchased this axle shaft from Summit Racing and my first question is in regards to the installation. Should any axe shaft require any force to install it into the differential?
I have called the axle manufacture (Superior Axle and Gear) and they said this should be fine, that most aftermarket axle shafts are built this way. I told them that the splines don't look perfect and offered to send them pics of the splines but they said it would not be necessary. They told me i could get a wire wheel and go over the splines and that it should help it loosen up.
