QA1 Suspension, SS4000 converter, Moser 12 bolt w/3.73s (its pulled 1.57 60's and wheelies with the 10 bolt). Stock manifolds and cats. Car has gone 12.02 @ 111 in the good air

Around 16-17 psi

No not fully stalled, only about 2500.

12.20 @ 109.... wouldve done better if it wasnt having so much trouble with twisting and wheelhoping. Going to put the front sway bar back on. Also doing headers/heads/cam next week

I've got to pick up a set of drag radials so I can see what my Yank 3500 will do. She runs good and rises nicely. What's the weight? What brand and spec radials? Gots to get me some 5-stars. I bet it surprises people looking and sounding as tame as it does.

Weather got even better and been cutting 1.58 60's, 7.71 1/8th, 12.19 @ 109 (with both sway bars on, still doing wheelies, leaving more square now.)

Full weight, put both sway bars are back on since it was twisting too much, doing a wheelie and wheel hopping.

QA1 shocks all around, QA1 springs in the front, adjustable torque arm, SFCs, non adjustable LCAs, Relocation Brackets.

Good times. Now get a cam on it and run mid 11's

Yup.. full weight....... Nothings been taking out of the car, I even have tons of junk in it all the time. All my cameras, coats, helmets and whatever else. 12 disc in the back, spare tire, its all there.

I was about to do a stall and long tubes. This may have changed my mind to stall, susp and gears LOL. These cars keep amazing me what they will do stock with a stall. I didn't believe it when people first started telling me you can run mid 12s with a stall and drag radials but after the hundreds of post and videos I belive it.

Get a rear drag bar and I'll bet it won't lift as high and will 60ft better.

That is an impressive 60ft for your power/weight though, congrats!

I would say a drag bar is needed for sure.

Ill probably be looking into a drag bar soon.. Heads/cam/headers/42lb injectors are on the car now, just been waiting to get it tuned. Hopefully it all be ready for Saturdays race and I can get some passes in

Just 255/50/16s Mickey Thompons.... I need to get the torque arm relocation bracket too. Its bent the heck out of the front torque arm mount haha

Looks really similiar to how mine launches. All my suspension is stock except sfcs, and lcas / relocate brackets. I have a little weight taken out, 4.10s in the 10 bolt and a vigilante 4k stall. I sit at the line at about 1700 rpm and let the converter flash. Been a best 1.55 60 ft with the lf tire about as high as yours :nod: Glad to see another bolt on car doing the same thing

Best time has been a 12.12 at 109

Here is a video with the heads and cam and headers on it.... Like the video says, tune isnt 100% yet and its launching really sluggishly. Not coming on hard till about 30 ft out, would got 11.30s easy if the 60' was there.

Because body is twisting so bad.. Would be a much nicer launch with a drag bar or even an air bag in RR wheel would help.
Not to mention it would sixty harder. I cut high 1.4 short times on motor full weight and niether tire comes up.. wheelies are not good, might be cool.. there is a reason the majority of posts in here are from 2009 and up members.. He has already stated it has hurt his times.

Like i said though, he is running some good times for sure.. Just shows there is more in the setup and he knows it.

I bet if you put a larger rear sway or drag bar on the rear both tires with see air. Looks nice ;)

My guess is he may have a Detroit Locker differential. Those require a dry hop to make sure they are locked after the burnout. Or he is just making sure he heated the tires enough to hook.

oh I was just making sure the tires were heated enough since it wasnt hooking with the sway bar(s) off. With the 10 bolt I just had a regular posi, I have a spool in the 12 bolt
