94 LT1 swap into 93 C1500

I am in the process of swapping in a 94 LT1 (from a Camaro) with the harness and PCM into a 93 Chevy C1500. I noticed that the LT1 transmission harness has 13 wires in it, but the truck 4L60E has only 12 pins. Is it possible to control the truck trans with the F-body PCM and harness?
