Filling the grill slots on a LS1 Camaro bumper?
Repainting my front clip since I pieced together a SS front end. Question is, I like how the front looks without a grill. Ive seen the "slots" filled, but just wondering what is the RIGHT way to do it. I dont want the car half assed and coming back.
Would scuffing with 80 grit, then fiberglass, filler, and prime work or is there a better way?

Here is what I used:

This stuff is designed to be flexible to use on urethane bumpers. Scuff the area to be worked with 80 grit, then clean well and fill. The epoxy has a very short working time, so only mix a little bit at a time and use multiple coats to fill each hole. If you use tape around the holes you can save yourself a lot of cleanup at the end. The product stays fairly soft for an hour or two, so you can peel off the tape and remove any runs easily and trim any high spots with a razor blade. Let the epoxy sit overnight to harden fully and sand to shape. Then use a good filler to finish the repair before priming.
