X brace, y-pipe clearance

X brace, y-pipe clearance Im about to install an SLP Y-pipe on my 2000 Camaro CONVERTIBLE. But i've heard that there may be a clearance issue with the X-brace. I've been told to notch the x-brace to allow for more clearance, however is this necessary or is there another way to install it without notching the brace. Any info helps! thanks
