Default Leaded fuel and O2 sensors

I know that high octane leaded race fuel will kill the O2 sensors in a hurry but my question is, "Can I removed the O2 sensors and the MAF, and still use the factory computer while running high octane leaded race fuel, or will I have to change to an aftermarket computer?"

You will need to tune the computer for speed density open loop.

Thanks. That sounds simple enough. Is there anything else that I need to know about this tune up?
