Hi, I am wanting to put a 5.3 in a 86' Regal. Almost got everything figured out. But I wanted to know what people use for engine mounts and if they use a truck intake and accessories. Wanted to know what works so they clear the hood. Also what do you use for throttle cables and if anybody has cruise?

I have a carb setup, but do have the truck accessories. I used the carshop inc. 1 inch setback plates and have about an inch of clearance between the p/s pulley and the steering box, so no clearance issues. I did have to notch the air box a bit to clear.
