Talking idle surge as soon as pcm sees wheelspeed

help . myself and a friend have been tuning my lq9 nova for some time using efi live .speed density tune. car runs great other than.idle surges very bad as soon as pcm sees wheelspeed.cant figure it out.i back out of garage in morn creeping 1mph no surge .2mph seems like pcm goes into diff mode.idle surges miserably .i disconnected the vss this morning . car no longer shifts but idle is great. please help.is there an adaptive idle or something i can turn off or adjust.also if i am pulling up to a stop. it is smooth until i almost stop then it surges rediculously embarrassing.almost stalls.then catches on idles smooth if it doesnt stall .veh does have a med cam and maggie.i dont think these are the cnc.though.it is pcm related to wheelspeed.

Sounds like adaptive idle RPM disabling once it sees the predetermined MPH cutoff. Fine tuning idle to where it "should" be will help a ton.
