Default Got 2 codes driving me nuts

I got 2 codes I've been trying to figure out. P0200 and P1636. I've gone through just about every thread on here for P0200 and everything is good. Injectors, wires, connections, fuses, grounds all GOOD. Reading through other threads with this code, I've seen people have misfiring or hard starting. I get none of that. No hesitation, bogging, etc. Car runs and drives like it did before the code came on. If I clear both codes, I can drive for hours and no light will come on but as soon as I turn the car off and start the car, it will come back on right away. Having P1636, could the alternator be the issue causing these 2 codes?

the 200 code is injector related monitor individual cylinder misfires with a scanner and see if any register, if they do check that related injector and especially the connector. The code sets if any injector voltage is not within the specified parameter for 5 seconds. the other code I've seen with an alternator with a bad diode trio in the alternator. If on startup the voltage isn't high enough due to the alt not working it could trigger the 200 code hope this helps.

On start up, the volt guage in the dash goes straight to 3/4 and then settles down between 1/2 and 3/4. I'll double check everything again just to make sure in case I missed something.

check it with a volt meter if the voltage doesn't stabilize above 11 volts within 5 secs after startup it will set that code

I was checking the connections with the injectors again and found a plug not connected. I'm not sure what it goes to. I don't see a spot to plug it into. Its coming out the of the harness right at the 7 cylinder.
