Default Got my CCW 505A's

Finally got the wheels of my dreams. Bought them used for a good price. Odd thing about these wheels, is the guy I bought them from had them chromed. Hope you like.

You should thank the guy who you bought them from for chroming them. The maintenance will be a bagillion times easier then if they were still polished, but then turn around and slap him for putting such a small tire on the rear. I'm assuming they're 18x11" in the rear, slap a set of fat tires on there. A set of 335 Nitto DRs on there would look sexy, they're somewhat cheap too compared to the other sets of rear tires.

Looks great though! I miss my 19" CCW 505A's...

that's the only reason i bought them and yea i'm pretty disappointed in the tires. they only have 700 miles on them so i'll have to ride them out. i definitely will be going wider next time but in order to to that i'm gonna need those fenders rolled. thanks for the compliment. you sell yours?

Yea, I ended up selling mine to help fund my second motor build. In the mean time I bought some TT2s, but now I'm in the market again for some bigger (in dia.) and lighter wheels...lol.

What size tires are on there? The rears do appear to be a little "stretched". Why disappointed in the tires? Only because of size or is do those Vredesteins not perform very well?

275/35/18 F 295/35/18 R. I'm disappointed with the rear width. car rides pretty rough with the sidewall being stretched like that. also the tires don't hook up like the KDW IIs aka NTs I had on my other set of wheels.

IMO buy the tires you want, and sell the current tires since there low mileage.

yea that'll have to wait until next spring. the car is now put away for the year. Problem is i don't even know what these tires are worth.
