On a hoist i was putting the fluid back in it in an hour and a half. Not too bad.... top bell housing bolt sucks !

depends on your experience level and situation. Are you doing this on a pulled motor, on a lift, or on the ground?

lift, doing the headers and exhaust as well....

3-4 hours id say. Headers are fairly simple too. A lot of room to work with compared to other Ls cars.
