what a tool. He knew it was cracked and failed to mention or take pictures of the damage.Some people dont want junk broke parts on there car. Man up and refund his money. Its your responsibility to be truthfull and you failed to do that.

If you payed with papal and it's tied to a credit card, call the credit card company. They will do refund to you, backcharge paypal, and then paypal will squeeze the seller for their money. Paypal won't do shit for you since the seller can prove that he shipped you something, even if it's junk.

Just a update guys, He ended up refunding the money for the piece of crap lid days after I told him I had the credit card company and paypal involved. He did not refund the money that I had to fork over to ship the cracked back clear across the country, oh well....
