Default ls6 manifold help

what intake manifold should i get, i have a stock ported throttle body, i want to keep my egr(i think) Should i get a 01-04 ZO6 manifold, or a 2002 camaro manifold(my car is a 98)

no point in keeping the EGR unless you need it to pass emissions


If you are hell bent on keeping it, buy the SLP intake that is already drilled for it. Unless you are wanting to take a chance of jacking up a intake you just paid $325 for(if you get a regular LS6 intake)

alright i'ma delete it then cause i don't need it, thanks for the info, i was just scared of decreasing the life of my engine.

Another thought is that since FAST 90/92mm intakes are obsolete, you could probably pick one up for a decent price.

I dont think they are obsolete...... They have the FAST 102 intakes out but I dont see how they are obsolete.....

from a quick search, it looks like people are saying the 90/92 manifolds are not being made anymore and are becoming hard to find new. not necessarily that they're technologically obsolete.
