Default idle problem with new engine

Hey guys I tried getting my car tuned the other day and when you start driving and come to a stop it starts idling at around 2000 rpm. I have to try and play with the throttle to get it to idle down. I have a jantzer perf 92 mm throttle body. Is it that or the idle air control motor

have you checked the TPS voltage when the car is at idle? The reading should be around 0.52-0.58 when the blade is closed. The lower the number in that # sequence I gave the more the blade is closed at idle, so yours is probably on the higher side of that sequence if not higher than 0.58 even. That is using 20k DC volts and an ohm meter. Let me know if you need help testing the voltage and I will explain how to do it.

well I was told when I was getting it tuned that the tps voltage should be at .59v. when you watch it on the computer when the idle starts idling to high it reaches 2% and the adaptive learning doesn't engage. So I'm still stumped any ideas.

when the car is at the proper idle it is at .59volts 0%. But if you rev it then it just jumps up and stays until you mess with the gas.

try adjusting it back some more... more toward .55 and see what happens.. sounds like the tb is getting too much air.. I am fixing that problem for a buddy right now
