12 Second Club - Going to the strip tommarow!

Going to the drag strip tommarow. Last time I ran a 13.46@104.5 with a 4000ft d/a. Today the d/a was about 1800ft and tommarow should be real close to that. So if weather is like is should I will already have close to 3 tenths shed there. Since the 13.4 I have added LT headers, ORY, muffler delete, egr delete, and air delete. I also just got done takin some stuff out of my car and taking out the passenger seat. So saying the weather has me down to a 13.2 and maybe the 80lbs I have lost will get me about half a tenth or so. So than it will be up to how much the headers and ory have picked me up! My goal is to break into 12's tommarow since it will be my last run this year. Wish me luck!

Just got back. Ended up running a best of 12.95@107 mph. I ran alot of 13.0's and also ran a 12.98 later to back it up. Couldn't get good traction most of the night so I was leaving at like 1200 rpm. On the 12.95 I hooked good leaving from about there with a 2.013 60ft. The d/a was about 2500ft above sea level when I ran so I think it would do a 12.5 at sea level.

Congrats on making the 12's !! Now slap a stall in it and some drag radials ,then go run some low 12's !

Thanks! now I want to get in the 11's for next year. Next mod is a 3200 stall, than from there comes the cam. Hopefully with a good sized cam and the stall I can hit an 11.9 for next year lol

11s would be nice..I got a 3200 stall for my car with LT's/ORY/373s/DR's/160 stat/tune..I need to get off my lazy ass and install the parts...

lol yea. The stall should be fun to do. I might do mine on a lift at school so it might not be to bad. Gotta save up some money first. I have been tryin to save up money for some more good stuff, but I have gotten a damn $90 ticket and a $120 ticket the past 2 months. There killing me.

Ya I'am gonna do mine on a lift also..I now the feeling I got a 94 dollar failure to obey a traffic sign..I have already paid it. I have the money but I don't have no time..
