Default PCM wiring issue, pics included (huge pics)

that red casing came of of the harness for the pcm. Sure its an issue

the red casing came off from these set of pins on the left side.

what kind of issues will this mess of wiring cause? My black ground wire is spliced into a dull yellow colored wire. If it isn't grounged correctly, I don't want to put a different pcm in and burn that one out as well. Any help appreciated!!!!

It appears that someone may have tapped into the tac wire.. If you do not want this, I would cut it out, and solder the wire back together and cover with heat shrink.

Tac as in Tachometer? So that was more than likely for a shift light?
