Chevrolet Camaro 1967-2002 - Do they make halo headlights for 93-97 Camaros, or do they have to be made?

I just put in the order for headlight covers for my friends camaro, and he wants to get halo headlights like the ones a guy made over on ls1lt1.
I know it's something like 120 that the guy paid for parts and made them himself, but the guy that wants the halos wants to just buy them already made if possible. Is there any company that makes aftermarket headlights ready to just plug and play for them? I told him that I don't think there is after looking around for him, but I want to be positive I'm not giving him the wrong info in case I missed somewhere.

I could go either way about how these look on these cars, but it's not my car so I can't say anything about it(plus I have to see it in person to be able to really say anything about it, if anything, its at least different than every other lt1 I've seen.
Most likely I'm assuming that he's just going to order the parts and spend an afternoon wiring them all up like the guy with the car above and use his guide.

That looks pretty cool. I like the reflection of the halos inside the gloss black buckets.

eBay has them, i have them on mine, black housing, they look really cool and the halos work very well and the have a little strip of leds. You can get a r8 style i think it is I'm going to upgrade to those sometime. Only thing is that they are projector headlights idk if thats what he's wanting or not

I don't think there are any for sale for LT1 Camaros on ebay premade. From your description, I'm thinking that you're talking about the LS1 halo headlights.

they dont make no aftermarket headlights like the halos for 93-97 models. i wish they did but this is what i found a few months back and saved it. heres a link to a company that makes headlight conversion kit for 93-97 ->http://eurolamps.com/eurolamps/camaro_headlights.htm
and heres a link to another forum with day & night pics of the halo retrofit on 93-97 models ->http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5916
and if your friend really wants to go all out he can do something like this ->http://www.lt1engine.com/tech/93-97-firebird-camaro-bi-xenon-projector-conversion/ which is what im thinking of doing myself sometime

Yea, the second link you posted from camaro 5 is the one I was talking about from the first post in the thread. That's the way he's gonna go, what will happen most likely is he'll give me the cash, I'll order the parts, wire it all up for him. And then this friday I'm gonna hopefully also go get two hid kits for my fogs and headlights from ddmtuning over in huntington beach as long as everything works out for me time wise.
Anyone have suggestions on color for the fogs? I want to just get it at 9000k same as the headlights, but my friends were always saying that I should go with some yellow fogs, and I kept seeing a red 4th gen ss that looks like my z28 aside from the obvious and he has the same setup(yellow fogs, regular 9000k hids) and it does look good.
Anyone have pictures of both setups, yellow fogs seem kind of ricey to me. Only thing I can see going wrong with having fogs and headlights being 9000k each, is that it might seem overwhelming with 4 lights on. Used to drive my Mustang with the fogs on(06) but only because lighting was so crappy stock, all 4 headlights(low beams and fogs) just barely made adequate lighting on the road.

i think it'll look good eithier way you go. 9000k to match the headlights or yellow to mix it up a bit. i was thinking the same with mine as well but ill probably go yellow.

Guess I'm gonna end up going with yellow fogs since my friend has an 97 Z28, looks exactly like mine other than his being all stock down to the wheels and a t-top, and he's going to be getting yellow fogs. So then the cars will look like matching cars, of the different 4th generations.
