I'm not 100% sure how it comes out because I have not taken one out before. I believe there are two tabs that have to be pulled on to free it. The only piece I really need though is the piece I dotted with purple dots in the one pic. It should pop right out if you pull on it but be careful not to snap it because it's fragile.
