Default coolant in oil?

got uoa back and it said high sodium and potasium and that supposedly indicates coolant in oil. oil looks like new had a block gas test done on radiator, came back negative also did coolant system pressure test only lost 2lbs over 24 hours so the shop said thats good. lab doesnt check for antifreeze itself or glycol could this be a add. pack of the oil ? car has no syptoms of head gasket or anything else just wanted an opinon before i start tearing it down.

I wouldnt tear into it unless you had more proof than that. Id drive it and see if its eating coolant.

How much sodium and potasium? Some sodium can come from oil additives and assemby lubes. You can also get coolant contamination from funnels, rags, etc.

I'd do a leak down before I did a tear down.

Are you using coolant? How often do you need to add coolant? If you are not using any then forget about it.
