Dyno Guesses & Bench Racing Forum - So how bad em I going to loose?

So a pal of mine is coming over for the winter holidays and wants to set up a friendly heads up at the track against me. His 95 Pontiac Firehawk, running 13s, against my stock 97 V6 Camaro, although I have been thinking of spraying a small shot until I do the engine swap. So how bad em I going to lose by?

He'll get you by about 2 seconds in the quarter mile.

Yep sounds about right what I was expecting, I guess I'll try to get a kit and spray a small shot to try to even things a little, to make it a closer race.
