Made 4 passes last night at zmax draway.

shakedown pass 10.888 @ 132
2nd pass 10.332 @135
3rd pass spun bad 10.631 @ 134
4th pass 10.335 @ 134.94

Needs some more susp work/tweaking but pretty happy with the results.
The faceplated trans is slick as snot!!

Thank you. It still leaves crooked and and I am sure the driver needs some tuning as well so my goals of 9's all motor shifting are in sight. Thanks again.

Can you give us a breakdown of the slip on your .33 pass?

60' 1.51 (not good)
1/8 6.65 @ 106 mph
the rest I will need to look at. Above is all I remember off the top of my head.

You def have the mph which the 6sp cars usually do good in that area. I think with a mid 1.3 you will be in range for the 9sec pass. You are pulling really good on the big end, just got to figure out the 60 and kill out out the hole. I'm in the same boat right now trying to get my car to 60 better, it's def a learning curve.

Strange DA shocks all 4 corners. Heim joint rear susp with stock style rear sway bar. Front is bone stock for now. I also need a drag bar.

I agree, last year we had a great 1.39 60 in the 1/8 at a different track. My shock settings last night were different from that night. It would pull the tires in 1st and 2nd but last night I am not sure it pulled them or not. If it did it wasn't much.

Awesome runs on a great setup! Big cubes, solid cam, 9 inch, stick car is def on many peoples list for dream builds.

Congrats man!

I bet it is fun grabbing those gears! The car is for sure using the big cubic inches on the top end of the track. I was just a little over 3,300 lbs. when I ran my 9.98 ET at 132.92 +/- so as Carter said you have the MPH. Of course my little 346 CI had to have a little help with a 125 HP shot of dry nitrous!

On the 9.98 pass the 60 foot was 1.31 so when you get that 60 foot down I think you will reach your goals!

Good luck and be safe!

Thanks. I agree for our first 1/4 passes I was extremely pleased. I know with some susp tuning for the 60' we are there. Thanks again. And yes the faceplated trans is one of the best things I have done for the track. I am not a driver by any means but this thing makes me look like hero, LOL
