my check gauges light is on. all of my gauges turn on but my temp, oil pressure, odometer, trip and speedometer dont work, they turn on but dont work. My oil press. is way past 80, my temp is below 100 and my speedo/odometer dont work. i tried messin with the needles and still nothin. ive checked and replaced fuses. ive also replaced the coolant temp sensor. does anybody know where the grounds are??? this is the last thing i can think of.

Sorry, couldn't resist.
Seriously, did this happen suddenly while driving, i.e. speedo needle dropped to zero; or began on startup one day? Is the SES light on while the engine is running? Pulling codes is the first place to start if so. You can do that with a paper clip on a 93 (assuming you havent changed the engine/harness/ECM from the stock 93 ones:

If no SES light, then get a diagram and poke around looking for a chafed wire between the cluster > body harness > junction to the engine harness in the pass. side kick panel.
Long shot, but if you have access to another compatible cluster you can do a swap test (throw a used part at it). Not sure, but I BELIEVE the 93-96 is the same pinout for Z28s. Here's a cluster pinout diagram if that's the case:

He's here to figure out what went wrong with his gages. NOT to ask if you guys approve or disapprove of his red overlay. Quit being douchebags and post constructively. If he likes his red overlay, that's what he likes.
OP, try to find a functional cluster and swap them to see if your cluster is the issue. It's a good starting point and could save you from countless hours of tearing **** apart and tracing/inspecting wires.
