Ok I have yet another problem. Today I ran the car on the dyno so that I could get an accurate a/f ratio and just see all around what it was doing on the spray. Well the N/A a/f ratio was 12.3 a little rich but no biggie. On the spray the a/f ratio was 14.0:bs::barf:. That is not good. We had to shut it down early because that a/f is scary. So the shop thinks that I need a bigger fuel jet. Zex told me to use a 46 nitrous pill and a 28 fuel pill for a 100 shot. What do you think? I have some scans that I can post if necessary but they do not include the a/f ratio.

Damn, I know all the kits are different but NX told me .052/.033 for a 100 shot, that's what I ran when I had a 100 shot. That said the ratio seems decent and it shouldn't run that lean. Does your fuel solenoid work? My first guess would be it doesn't or goes on/off intermittently. I would pull both lines off the nozzle and check to see if the fuel solenoid is spraying any fuel.

yeah I was told the fuel pill may be to small. I tested the solenoid before I put the lines in and it was spraying fuel and nitrous. I could check it again when I pull the line to change the pill.
It was also suggested that I may need a standalone. If so would a boost pump work? Like this one?

Could the fuel rails possibly be getting starved? If so would an aftermarket set of rails help?
The car made almost 500 rwhp N/A without the nitrous so maybe Im getting close there?

What fuel pump u running? If ur running a single Walbro 255 then there is no doubt your running out of fuel.

what ever came stock in my c6 vette. I know very little about the fuel system. So would a boost pump do or would I need something else?

If you got the $$, get a stand alone, then fix your NA tune and re-try the jets.
If you got the time and the know how, you can make your own, I did.

yeah i dont have the time to try and fix this. I just need to figure out what I need to do to fix it. I am moving to japan soon and just want to fix it or get rid of the nitrous I guess. This is frustrating to say the least. I did a lot of reading and research and was sure that a 100 shot would work with my car.
Do you think a dry kit would perform better than a wet one? My injector duty cycle is only at about 68 percent max when running N/A.

You need to get an accurate dyno tune by someone local and up the fuel jet some.
Best thing to do is put a fuel psi gauge on it and see what the fuel is doing on motor first and then on the spray.

So did you guys play around with the jets any?

That isnt a bad idea. What type of gauge do you suggest using? Any idea on where to get one?

Not yet but this was my first plan of action. I need to order a few more.

To play it safe you might want to come down on the N20 jet to see if it will richen up for ya.

Got it. Im only testing on the dyno for now so hopefully even If I have lean spikes its only for short durations while I get this figured out.
