For the slave cylinder, the stock GM unit is the only option as far as I know. If you were to buy one at Autozone it would just be an aftermarket copy of the OEM part.
This is actually more than enough for any LT1 clutch setup because the stock slave cylinder has atleast a few inches of potential travel, however it will only move as far as the master cylinder can push it. (For a stock clutch, the fork only needs to be pushed roughly 3/8" by the slave cylinder to be fully disengaged)
McLeod makes an adjustable master cylinder which is meant to be used on heavier-duty clutches that need more *** to disengage (in other words, to get the 'engagement point' into the right place during pedal movement). It's a quality part, but its only needed for certain clutch setups, and the OEM slave cylinder would still work fine with it.
