OEWheels On Fbody - You Run Spacers?
I am thinking about getting a set of the C5 DD wheels from OEWheels, 18x10.5 rears. I read through about 12 pages of the "Got OE Wheels" thread and ended up more confused. Some people said they needed spacers, some didn't, some said they don't have them but had some ordered.
So what's the real story? My car is stock height, but I have a set of BMR springs in the garage that I can't decide if I want to install or not. I would like the rear wheels as flush as possible, but the idea of running spacers doesn't appeal to me. So what are you all doing?

I am hose modded in the rear.
C6 18x10.5
Spacers are required for it to sit flush, otherwise it will look just how stock was and seem like the rears are "pulled in". The lugs barely make the required turns for a full lock without spacers, so with spacers you will be looking at longer studs at minimum.
For fitment, very slight BFH on the inner tirewell, more or less where the metal comes to that protruding edge, just beat it down and its fine. That's all I had to do, otherwise it was a bolt on and go. I do not run spacers. Yet.

^ you can do this or you can get the wheels and see what you need cause you may be able to put em on your car without a flaw but if you sold the wheels to me then i might have to do a shitload to make em work. long story short it all depends on the individual car itself before anything else as to wheather you will need to do all that ^ other stuff as been stated before

I run a 5/16" spacer on my 18x10.5 rears. I needed the spacers before I was able buy an adjustable panhard for some clearance. I just left the spacers there, but now my 315s are getting a little cut on the sides from the outer fenders, until I roll my fenders. Maybe I should take off the spacers until them..

I was on vacation last week and internet access on a cruise ship is waay too expensive, so thanks to all who posted their feedback and pics. Very helpful!!
Floyd, since you are driving a 'bird like me (and the bird is supposed to have rear wheel wells a little wider than the camaro), do you have any pics straight down the side from the rear like the last two that whytryz28 posted? And did you have to do any rolling of the outside lip?

This is my car on 18x10.5 Z06 motorsports in the rear, 17x9.5 front. 1/2" spacer in the back. Cleared without spacers but lots of BFH. Cleared with spacers and probably no or little BFH, and longer ARP studs. The car is lowered on Strano's, all rear suspension is fully adjustable so the rear is dead centered.
