Default Is my pcm fried?

I did hci a week ago and just had my headers/y pipe welded because they had a leak. I drove the car for about 3-4 miles after the shop and it drove awesome (it was rainy so maybe something got wet, but its been 2 days and it still doesnt work. Then I got to my destination and the car died.

Now it idles low and seems to go way lean according to my wideband, then it simply dies when you give it gas. Won't run at all other than idle. It looks like my iat, ect, and map sensor work, its in OL SD. Map reads 65 at idle with huge cam. (Btw, ive seen it go up the initial time it stalled).

I can't seem to find any vacuum leaks, fuel pressure is ok, theres nothing mechanically that I can find.

My narrowbands don't seem to respond at all. They are just stuck mid range at 450ish mV.
