Default Fast 102 & NW 96mm TB fitment

I am upgrading from stock ls6 intake/tb to fast 102/nw 96 tb. From the pic, is it normal to have the gasket still exposed when bolting the TB to the intake? My asssumption would be no.

thx

No, it doesn't stick out at the top just the bottom.

With that much gasket hanging out, I wouldn't feel real good about it. I would be worried about it leaking. I would either have a machine shop add some material to the bottom and re-machine it or look at selling it and getting another TB.
