LS Virgin Here! I currently live in SLC, UT (not a Mormon). 
I sold my ultra cool Isuzu VehiCROSS so that I could fund the build up of a 1st-gen S-10 Blazer. I picked up a '93 4x4 2-door with the W-code CPI 4.3 V6 and 4L60E. I had purchased it with the intention of swapping in a solid front axle (Solid Axle Swap = SAS) for 4-wheeling duty and cool factor. The 4.3 needed enough work to drive me toward a motor swap tho. So... I located a wrecked '06 GMC Sierra extra cab AWD Z71... what did that have in it??? Yup, the all aluminum 5.3 known as the L33 "5300 HO" I was looking for plus the updated 4L60E. I took just about the entire wiring harness off the truck including the instrument cluster and dash controls. I missed out on the t-case and radiator but that is fine.
So now I am in the middle of a swapping puzzle.
'82 Jeep Wagoneer front Dana 44 (on hand)
'95 Isuzu Rodeo rear Dana 44 (on hand)
Dodge Ram NP231HD transfer case (probably)
'06 L33 5.3 and 4L60E and dash goodies (on hand)
Chevy Astro Hydroboost (probably)
Astro steering box (probably)
So yeah... I could use some help and knowledge! Thanks in advance!!
