Unhappy Low dyno numbers

I dynoed 349rwhp and 362rwtq on the motor. With a 125 shot it made 429rwhp and 549rwtq. After 4000 the hp went down and ended up at 300 at 6000. The torque was flat though the entire rpm range. It let out a huge backfire when he back of the gas. The a/f ratio read 11.5 but, the monitor at the dyno has been way off in the past. It was on pump gas and 26 deg of timing.
Any ideas? I didn't have time to look at the plugs or hook up my wideband.
