Default LQ4 6.0l /w LS6 Intake

I have an LQ4 engine from a 2005 Silverado with an LS6 manifold from an 02 camaro that has the LS6 fuel rails and injectors and the DBC 02 camaro throttle body (78mm i think). My computer that runs everything is from an 02 Camaro and I am wondering what I should modify to make this setup work. The IFR table I guess stays the same because it is 02 camaro vcm and 02 camaro injectors. Would the changes be made to the airflow tables, copy the lq4 tables over?

I would start off with the 02 tune and just change the displacement. Then tune the VE, MAF and spark tables... using a wideband and dyno of course...

I finally got it to start... I changed the torque management and it seemed to allow the engine to idle, I'm pretty surprised... It still is running really rich so I need to get widebands and start tuning thanks though!
