Default Quick help!! Replacing camaro mid with TA Mids ?

Ok so my mods are dead on my TA and I was fortunate that a localforum member let me have his monsoon Mids. He has a TA and my miss say 2 ohm and his 4.

Can I run the TA speakers in 'series' making it a 2 ohm for the factory amp?? I just wanted some mid range I hooked up my amp and sub but i have it filtered Down real low and it still lacks the Mids hence the replacement.

Your first question and second question contradict each other. Your "mids" are in the doors but both Camaro and Firebird use 2-ohm speakers there, so I assume you mean the sail panel subs.

You can put Firebird subs in a Camaro by wiring them in parallel to get 2-ohm total impedance. Wiring them in series would produce an 8-ohm total impedance. To wire the dual voice coil Firebird speaker in parallel, connect both positive terminals to the positive wire and both negative terminals to the negative wire.
