Nice. Are you not going to use a conventional distributor?

man that's nice. Who's mid plate is that? What block did you use? How many cubes?
I just bought a 632 (Merlin III block), gonna stuff it in my TA.
I'm going with a front belt and distr. drive set up.

there is weight breaks in many classes out here, and sb2's dont really need big ci's to make big power ;)

Looks great. So do those beadlocks. What kind of driveline setup are you using and how much converter?

With your car being black and putting in a sb2 smallblock it reminds me of one of the old Pinks shows that had the same setup. That guy gave a big block car something like 8 cars and still hunted him down!

Good luck with the build. That is going to be one nasty ride when you are done!

Bolt together style converter? 9" out back I assume? Should cut in the mid 1.2x 60ft range I would imagine.

That millers race engines sb2 camaro was fast as hell.

Damn im wrong all the way around. Lol. Man those Rad hoses look awesome but that price tag for big an fittings upsets me big time. No need for all that.

^ When you have an SB2.2 engine I'm guessing those little fittings pale in comparison to the rest of the combo.

and on a side note...look closely at the alternator belt...the lower hose go's through the middle of it, and im not taking a chance of that belt nicking that lower hose on a pass down the track...could be badd news....look at a few of the older pics in the thread...had a regular water neck on and radiator had regular hose ends still...planed on rubber hoses till i got eveything together....so if im gonna do the bottom hose might as well do the top....building one of these...is a 1-off deal buy parts as ya go...:chug:

Damn curb side service! What did that run you? I was gonna buy a set of 12AN bungs and swivel 90 hose ends for my evac setup but was pissed about the cheaper red horse brand being 25 bucks per fitting and 20 each for weld in bungs and almost 10 bucks a foot for the hose. I could afford it but just couldnt talk myself into it. Lol. Yours looks amazing though.

ROBS SS

the headers were just over $1400 with the merge colletors
