New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Po 0443 after ls6 intake intstall

Like the title says im get a 0443 code after the ls6 intake install.. I got a small vaccum line off the back off the intake. But it seems to short to reach over to the intake.. The code is evap purge valve fault or something like that i checked it at work the other day and cleared it and the next time i started it came right back on.... Do u guys think this small vac line off the back is my problem? I wanted to see before i pull the intake and look again to check..

Yes there is a small vac line on the back of the intake.

Is that the reason the car is throwing the evap code?

check your red plug into the canister(purge valve) near #3 injector.

Not a big issue. I actually had a vac line which is used for HVAC get pinched on a intake re install and due to getting rushed I had a horrible running car, no A/C or any HVAC controls. Took the intake off and had to get some vaccume line and fixed all.
