Default Random vacuum line?

I was looking the other day and i have a vacuum line coming from a piece on my fuel rail and can not find where it goes to. Its not buy 3in or so long. I do not have the air pump or any EGR stuff on my car. Dose this line have something to do with that or where dose it go. Has anyone else had this issue and what have you done to fix it?

ya there is a vacuum line that runs to the back of the intake frm the AIR crap. remove that and plug the nipple. the solenoid is just clipped to the intake manifold. unplug the harness and just remove it
