Default Long tubes and loudmouth

We put long tubes and an ory on my brothers car last week. It already had loudmouth on it. Has anyone ever put a bullet style muffler after the y to quiet it down a little bit? Trying to get any suggestions that you guys might have tried. Thanks.

A bullet will work but it will still be rapsy and have drone. Only way to really make it sound good is to do the Powerflo conversion.

Hooker Aerochamber will make it sound slightly louder than stock at idle and part throttle. I had the same setup as you and it was louder than all get out. With the same exhaust setup and an Aerochamber muffler it sounds very close to stock. MUCH quieter.

Replacing the resonator with a 18" Dynomax Bullet will help tremendously. Good luck man.

just did a moroso spiral flow in place of my LM1 resonator.. deep, but not raspy and just a lil bit of drone at highway speeds, but way better for around town and neighborhoods.. the LM1 was way too much for DD use. i was on a tight budget, and for about 80 bux, parts and buying soda for the guys at my dads shop, got the job done. ill post pics soon.
