I have a good friend of mine down in n. Miami, he has no family or anything in florida and he's needing some assistance. He was told by a local firestone that he needs he freeze plugs replaced in his motor. He drive a '96 tahoe, does anyone on the board have shop in the area or know of anyone in the area that has a shop that would take car of my buddy. He's been quoted between $1300 and $2400 which in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous, it shouldn't take 9+hrs to pull a motor replace the freeze plugs and reinstall it. If anyone has any information and can give me a sense of direction of where he needs to take his truck it'd be greatly appreciated.
