Question carbed to injected question

ok peoples i have an 86 camaro alredy with a built th350(will prolly buy a 4l60e), 3200 stall, posi 12 bolt rearend with 4.33s and a spool, etc. only thing missin is the motor. im lookin at possibly either an ls1, 5.3, or 6.0 to put in. Since the car was carbed there will be many changes to be made. aside from a new fuel tank and pump, and wiring up a computer and harness, what else will i need to do/buy to complete the swap. i will be buying the motor with all accessories, injectors, packs, throttle body, etc included. thank you for all replies

You need conversion engine mounts, headers, higher pressure fuel delivery (as you already mentioned), figure out how to make your gauges work, determine accessory layout, buy/build an engine harness, get an ECM programmed for your application... Do a lot of reading on forums - all the pioneer work has already been done for us these days.

You could always Card your LS motor also being that your are currently a carbed car.

NO computer, harness, high pressure fuel system.

Works Great!
