Generation IV Internal Engine - Has anyone used the APEX or VICTOR REINZ full gasket kit that is on Fleabay?

I need to get a complete gasket kit for my LQ4 rebuild and I found this APEX kit on Fleabay, has anyone used it, or know anything about it?

Looks like that kit comes with head gaskets for a 5.7? You need valve seals?
