Default Need help with stumble

I have a 98 RA Vert. If you start the car cold after its been sitting it runs fine. If you let it warm up and drive it for awhile, then turn it off. Let it sit for 10 mins. Then start it again, back up, its fine. When you start to go, it stumbles big time. Like the timing is all off. The volt meter seems ok, it doesn't seem loaded up(my first thought was leeky injectors), flicking the throttle doesn't help (2nd thought was tps). Nothing I do seems to snap it out of it. Eventually it starts to run ok and it will be fine until you shut it off hot and start it again. Car stumbled for about 45 seconds and never throws any codes... I only have ported stock maf descreened, lid, LM.

When I backed up, I heard a relay click in the passenger footwell. I usually don't hear that.

Any help appreciated.
