If you stall right after cold start, REAL hard to restart?

If you stall right after cold start, REAL hard to restart?
Anyone else have this problem?
I have GM's hotcam, my own tune via LS1Edit (VE Table scale<1200 by 60%, stock RPM, etc...)
When I first start my car, if I stall it out (ex. backing out of the driveway while engine is still cold on a Spec III clutch) it is almost impossible to restart. It just cranks and cranks and does not fire up. If I let it sit for 20-30 seconds, try restarting, it works fine..... I'm wondering what this is all about?
Is there yet another open loop table it uses under these conditions? Why would I have to wait 30 seconds, and then it works fine....
It's no big deal, because it happens rarely...
Any insights?

Yep, I have the same problem after my cam install. The only solution I have found so far is to not stall the car..... I'm thinking that it has to be some type of fueling problem.

I have the same problem.
I thought it may have to do with my TR6 (colder) spark plugs.
It acts like a flooded carbed car if you stall it cold.
Any suggestions, other than not stalling it.

Well, I did have me VE table scaled at 60% from 400-1200 rpms.
I changes it to 60% at 400, 80% at 800, and 90% at 1200.
It idles rock solid when I first start it now, much better than just 60% 400-1200. When I perform my usual morning ritual of backing out of driveway in the cold NY weather, it idles so well, that it does not seem like it wants to stall at all anymore (the rpms used to drop and surge a bit when snapping off the clutch pedal fast).
Anyway, I just thought I'd mention this since we can't seem to figure out how to "fix" the restart problem, maybe better idle tuning is the key for now.

I once had my start up fueling screwed up badly ...because I kept smelling gas/fuel! I continued to lean it out...No start. Lean it out a little more ....No Start. I went to the books and realized I was smelling the uburnt enrichment fuel. Increased fuel (VE/IFR) and it started right up. FWIW.
