Question Fried 3 o2's so far on 150 wet shot...

Anybody had this problem? Went through 2 brand new AC Delco sensors and 1 older AC Delco sensor. Air Fuel was a little on the fat side. I was pulling out 6* of retard. Our original thought was that we might possibly be getting fire in the pipes due to the richness and the retard and burning them up. As far as replacements go, are there "better" sensors out there? (NAPA's maybe?) Any info would be appreciated.

Never heard of burning OS2 due to being rich. Lean yes, but not rich. Shouldn't it just blacken the OS2's? I usually run 11.5-11.9 on nitrous. No problems todate.

How far away from the exhaust valves are the sensors?
