Yes. All you need are either 2 harness adapters that we sell, or you can get the pigtails for them and wire them yourself. One for the TB and one for the MAF. The injector clips are diff as well, and those can be addressed in a similar way.
This is assuming by LS6 harness you mean out of a vette and ditto on the LS2. The PCM connectors are different from those, so I assume you are using the computer for the LS6 harness. That would be the easiest way.

So why are you trying to use 2 harnesses to make one? I assume you mean the LS6 harness is out of the vette and the LS2 engine is out of the tbss. And you are sure the TBSS has a 58x wheel? That point is trivial at the moment, but I would make sure on that.
The LS6 harness will work. It does not care what engine it goes on as long as you make arrangements for it to use an LS2 vette/gto TB with a harness. I dont remember what the truck TB looks like or if it will work right with the car computer. At the moment I dont think so. You will have to use a converter box if the engine is a 58x because you are using a 24x computer from the vette. So just make sure on those. My sources say it is 24x if its an 06.
On the MAF, use what you want. The truck maf is 5 wire, so you can use an adapter harness for that to make it easy.
On the fuel injectors, they will be the LS2 style so you will need a fuel injector adapter harness.
Give me a shout if you are questionable about any of this or need any more info.

harness
hey im the one with the ls2.. the engine came out of a 2006 TBSS... i have the crank out .. it does have a 58 tooth reluctor wheel for sure... i didnt get a harness with the engine.. but i found a local guy with a harness from a 2003-04 corvette ls6... the computer that was attached is the 12200411. Do ls6s have knock sensors on the side of the block verses and cam sensor in the timing cover.. i know ls2s run them that way( no sensors in the valley cover verses the ls1s. and i can change the reluctor wheel thats not a big deal.. let me know watcha think thanks

If you are going cable, that LS6 harness off the corvette will have to be cropped to make it work right. You will have to repin a few things and run different connectors for the TPS and IAC and then use an F body computer. It would be easier to use an F body harness. Then use the Cam and Knock sensor extension harness. Then it will depend on what type of fuel injector you want to use as to whether you need the injector adapters. Thats all you will need.
The 2006 GTO (and all GTOs) run a 24x wheel.
