Car Smoking After Cam Install, What Is Going On?
Ok I Just did a cam swap 3 weeks ago (Trex) And After I went and got a narrow band tune to hold me over for 3 weeks till I get my gears and clutch put in, it is smoking really bad. So first thing I do is check the 02 sensors and replaced them, still smoking. Then I check the valve stem seals, hmmmm two of them has the coil broke off so I replace all of them with some Fel-Pro ones just to be on the safe side. Now it is still smoking. I have a catch can and im still using the PCV valve (like you should) but I am thinking it might be this but not i'm not really sure why (just a feeling). Any input will be appreciated, thanks in advance. And the color of the smoke is black.
Just wanna find out why before my gears and clutch get done this week. So I can get it right on the dyno afterwards and get my wide band tune.
