have a knock where should i start on the rebuild i have cnc heads and a cam i wanna put in the car but what oil pump should i use timeing chain gaskets maybe rods and pistons and all that could stuff should i use bearings bolts is it worth going all arp im not too sure about brands and stuff any ideas would be great plan on having the block droped off at a machine shop cam i wanna use is an ms3 and i plan on using a 100 shot
